FounderSwap traces it origins to 2020 when Lavine Hemlani created a small mastermind group of 10 entrepreneurs in Hong Kong, with the goal to help each grow both our businesses and ourselves as leaders. This organically grew into a thriving, diverse community of 1,000+ founders across 25 cities in the USA, Europe and Asia.
FounderSwap was born when Jakob Drzaga and Lavine Hemlani decided to take the community to the next level by creating FounderSwap to amplify founders by pooling their equity.

Co-founder and CEO of ScalingFunds by Brickblock (Exited to Integer Wealth Global) Founded in 2018 the startup empowers real estate fund managers to digitise the entire fund lifecycle. Jakob is also Co-Chairman of the INATBA Real Estate working group.
